Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, processes, written content, and other intellectual property developed or provided by VEW Enterprise Inc. remain the property of VEW Enterprise Inc. Clients receive the rights necessary to use deliverables for their intended business purposes, subject to the terms of the applicable engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEW Enterprise Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website or consulting services.
